Who you contract with

Not with this website. visitseychelles.in is a guide and a marketing portal. When you accept a quote, your contract is with SeyBooking.com, the licensed operator named in the legal notice, or in some cases directly with a supplier they name to you in writing before you agree.

This matters when something goes wrong, because it tells you who is answerable. It is stated before anything else for that reason.

Terms

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are indicative and move with the season and with availability. They are quoted in euros because that is the currency the operator quotes in. Every rupee figure beside a euro one is a conversion at the European Central Bank reference rate on the date printed with it, offered as a guide. It is not a card rate and your bank will use its own.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A price becomes real when the operator sends you a written quote with dates on it, and that quote says how long it holds.

Terms

No payment is taken on this website

There is no card form on this site, there is no payment page, and there never will be. When you decide to go ahead, the operator confirms in writing and takes payment through their own channel.

Nobody working on this site will ever ask you for card details, a one-time password or bank credentials by email. If a message appearing to come from us does, it is not from us. Tell us through the form.

Terms

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation terms are set by whoever performs the service, and they differ between a car, an excursion, a transfer and a wedding. The terms that apply to you are written into your quote before you agree to it, and you should read that paragraph rather than this one.

If you have to move a date, say so as early as you can. Most things on these islands can be moved. Almost nothing can be moved on the morning.

Terms

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for arranging what we said we would arrange, and for telling you the truth on these pages.

We are not responsible for the weather, for a ferry that does not sail because of the sea state, for a flight that is late, or for a change a supplier makes to their own schedule. Where any of that costs you something we will do what can be done, but it is not within our control and this page will not pretend otherwise. Travel insurance is a sensible thing to hold.

Timetables, opening hours and prices published on the guide pages of this site are the best information we have on the date shown on the page. Confirm anything that your day depends on.

Terms

Everything else

These terms are governed by the law of Seychelles, which is where the operator is licensed and where the services are performed. Nothing here removes a right the consumer law of your own country gives you.

The site is served as it is. If a page is wrong, tell us through the form and we will fix it and say on the page when it was fixed.
